Café Bibliothèque standing proudly on the grounds of the ‘’Sarajishvili’’ factory, carries the soul of a remarkable past. Davit Sarajishvili created a space in the old factory where workers could learn - a museum and a library. When the new factory was built, a similar space was established again to honor tradition and values. He believed knowledge was the key to progress and encouraged his workers to read, write, and grow. A symbol of both heritage and hospitality, this new building is a space for growth and inspiration.

Today, under its iconic red heart, Café Bibliothèque carries on its mission in a new way - welcomes visitors into the story of ‘’Sarajishvili’’ - while enjoying the warmth of Georgian hospitality.
